This is a stunning El Camino that is going to make its new owner very proud. Power steering is standard equipment and power-assisted front discs/rear drums provide plenty of stopping power. This mighty small-block is backed by a GM 4-speed automatic w/OD. Originally a 305ci block, horsepower is now furnished by a 350ci GM crate motor that is equipped with a Edelbrock aluminum intake, 600cfm Holley carburetor, Accel ignition, clutch fan and free-flowing dual exhaust. Our classic El Camino is equipped with air conditioning, Pioneer AM/FM/CD stereo, power tinted windows, power locks, cruise (currently inop) and tilt wheel. Inside, the 60/40 Gray velour interior was restored in 2002 and is in very good condition. Visual accents include the subtle aerodynamic front air dam, side molding pinstripes, dual sport mirrors, custom tonneau cover and Cooper radial tires mounted on 15”x8” Chevy rally wheels with centers/rings. Our El Camino's body was professionally repainted in original Dark Red Metallic (WA8529) over Silver (WA8535). This SS Option is basically an appearance package – front air dam and accent paint stripping. According to the Service Parts ID tag (glove box) this El Camino left the factory as an SS model – codes Z15/1LJ. This 5th generation 1987 El Camino has received a partial restoration and is a beautiful example of Chevy's hybrid sedan/pick-up.
